Ricardo Becerril, President of Compass Project Solutions, was raised in a construction home in Oregon where he grew up learning the trade of carpentry from his father. Ricardo is an Oregon State University alum with a degree in business management. After graduating from college, Ricardo spent the next 20 years excelling in his project management career as a commercial general contractor. Since the establishment of Compass Project Solutions in 2013, Ricardo has focused on bringing everything that he learned in his vast experience as a CM/GC contractor forward toward the ultimate benefit of his clients and the industry as a whole. Ricardo believes that early, extensive and integrated efforts of a project team combined with focused constructability review and fostering partnerships between stakeholders are the keys to helping you achieve a prevention focused construction environment.

Luis has built his career from the ground up, starting in the field running construction crews while attending college before joining Ricardo in 2015. With more than a decade of experience working alongside Compass’s founder, Luis has become a trusted and steady presence on every project team. He is known for building strong relationships, earning the confidence of partners, and bringing a calm, solutions‑focused approach to complex construction challenges. His bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strengthens communication across diverse teams, and his commitment to quality control and meticulous attention to construction details consistently elevates project outcomes.
